The CoPilot Max hi-resolution industrial inkjet has the largest print height out of all the other CoPilot units. The CoPilot Max printing system is designed to print super sharp quality hi-resolution characters with up to 2.8” from a single print head and the unit can run up to 2 printheads from one controller for a max print height of 5.6”. The Copilot Max features a 500ml no mess cartridge system that allows customers to keep their lines running to reduce any downtime. The Copilot Max comes with free Orion™ software that is user friendly also built into the Orion™ software is an ink calculator to show you the cost per print that is significantly cheaper that using paper labels. The CoPilot Max utilizes an active ink system that allows users the ability to tilt or rotate the printhead in any direction without making height adjustments to the ink supply. The system prints hi-resolution characters, razor-sharp text, scannable bar codes and great looking logos at up to 360 dpi. The CoPilot Max offers ultra-low maintenance performance, eliminating the need for auto-priming functions and offering better ink utilization than competitive systems.
